Rothamstead Association, NFU Combinable Board, and is the NFU spokesman on

Poul Hoveson Poul is the Farm & Estate
Manager for a north Norfolk estate comprising 2100ha of arable land including
some contract farming. Crops include wheat, barley, oilseed rape, beans, vining
peas, sugar beet and christmas trees. The Estate also has an involvement in a
farming operation in Poland. |

Martin Jenkins Martin farms for himself and
contract farms for others to the west of Cambridge. Martin also has a farming
involvement in Hungary and Serbia. |

Alastair Leake Alistair is head of the Game
Conservancy Trusts Allerton Project, an 800 acre mixed experimental farm
in east Leicestershire, with a commercial joint farming venture with a
neighbour covering a total of 2500 acres. |

Robert Salmon Robert is a director in a family
farm of 515ha in mid Norfolk. In addition they contract farm 570ha for three
farms in the area. Crops includes wheat, malting barley, rape, beans, oats,
grass seed, sugar beet and blackcurrants. Roberts main area of interest
is improving soil structure by using rotations and other appropriate
techniques. |
